Party Policies and Contract Information
What is included in the party experience?
The birthday experience will include pizza, drinks, play time, and recognition of your Birthday Star,
How is the birthday party food served?
Before Eating: We have built time into the birthday party schedule to give kids an opportunity to wash their hands prior to sitting down to eat.
Pizza Time: Pizza is served buffet style, employees can assist serving if requested.
Drinks: Juice boxes will be served buffet style on tray when pizza is being served.
Cake Time: The Birthday Star will still get to blow out the candles during the birthday song, but we will take new precautions! The party server will slice a single piece of cake and light a candle just for them. The rest of the cake will be served afterwards. You can always discuss excluding this tradition with your party server or bring cupcakes instead.
Presents: We recommend opening all presents upon arrival back home.
Is there an age limit on having a party at Jax Jungle Play?
We welcome everyone at any age! Age limits for a party package? Never! Also, you can always include adults as a paid guests if they want to join in.
What items can I bring to a party?
You can always personalize your party celebrations ! You’re free to bring your own birthday cake/cupcakes(nut free), and/or favorite ice cream, and your own table decorations. All party items are to be kept in your designated party area at all times (i.e., loot bags, balloons, food, drinks, gifts, toys, and supplies). You may bring your own decorations. Regular tape only; NO Tacks, double sided tape, etc. (damage to the walls will result in a fee;)
What items am I not allowed to bring to a party?
From delicious and fun food to the best in entertainment, we always strive to bring you everything you need to make your party a success. Unfortunately, there are some items that are not allowed to a party in our locations like outside food (other than cake or ice cream), piñatas, outside entertainment,
outside food or drink, nut products, confetti, face painting, noisy horns and alcoholic beverages. All listed items will be asked to be removed from the facility.

What extra precautions are the party servers taking?
Our party servers are following the below safety measures:
• Party servers must always adhere to current provincial mandates.
• Gloves will be worn when handling food, cake and changed when changing tasks.
• Prior to the birthday party starting, party servers will discuss other details/requests with the birthday parent only.
Is there a deposit required to make a birthday reservation?
We require a non-refundable $ deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit will be applied towards your party total on the day of the party. Your reservation may be cancelled and/or rescheduled at any time. If you need to cancel your reservation, the non-refundable deposit can be used towards a new reservation within one (1) year of the reserved date of the party that was cancelled.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a birthday deposit is made, it is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit can be used towards a new reservation within one (1) year of the reserved date of the party that was cancelled.
What if I cannot pay my deposit at time of booking?
Due to the high demand of our reserved parties and scheduling purposes, we must receive the deposit from you on-time or the reservation will be cancelled.
What happens to my $ party deposit if plans change due to COVID-19?
At this time, we have a few options for your deposit if your party is cancelled.
• You can transfer your party deposit to a new reservation within one year of the cancelled party date.
• You can use the deposit for an in store credit!
• Options will be discussed with you from one of our awesome party coordinators
What if I want to stay longer than two hours?
The fun never stops at Jax!. Your party can always stay and play but only if capacity permits. You May book extra time for a fee when booking your party (minimum 1 hour extension)
What if I have changes to my Reservation?
Any changes/alternate requests to your original reservation must not be done any less then 48hrs of your party. These changes may not be possible (although we strive to accommodate).
Custom Party Packages: Some terms of Custom Party Packages may differ from the above stated information. In these cases, all terms and policies specific to that custom event will be stated on the individual
