Party in the Jungle!

 The birthday experience will include pizza, drinks, and playtime unless otherwise specified within your package listing.

Plates, cups, napkins and cutlery are included with all party packages that include food/beverage at no additional cost. You are permitted to bring your own if desired.

You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake/cupcakes(nut free), ice cream, and decorations.

Candles or sparklers are permitted. 

All party items are to be kept in your designated party area at all times (i.e., loot bags, balloons, food, drinks, gifts, toys, and supplies).  

The following items are not permitted in the facility; 

Piñatas, confetti, glitter/sparkles, slime, face paint, noise makers, alcoholic beverages, outside food/drink (other than cake or ice cream). and outside entertainment. (Unless previously discussed with management) 

While we cannot guarantee to be a nut free space, we do our best to remain diligent and do not allow any nut products within facility.  

We ask that all items within loot bags are not used within facility and only given to guests upon leaving your event.

1. SOCKS ONLY FOR ALL GUESTS; No bare feet or shoes are permitted past front reception. Please communicate this policy to all your guests prior to arrival.  *Jax is an inclusive space for all - please contact us with any inquiries if accommodations are required*
2. Begin to remove your items within the last 15 minutes of the booked timeslot. There is a 5 minute grace period to be out of the party space once your timeslot has ended. 
3. You will ensure your guests leave the facility after the party timeslot has ended. There is a 10 minute grace period to be signed out. 
4. You will ensure your guests use the play equipment and facility appropriately (staying in age appropriate areas, feet first down slides, no misuse/removal of equip, no disruptive/violent play & related). You and your party guests will respect and follow all Jax Jungle Play rules and polices which are posted in our facility and on our website. 
5. Each parent/guardian will be required to sign the acknowledgement of risk and waiver of liability when they arrive with their child. 

 We do not require a deposit to secure your reservation. If desired, deposits of any denomination can be made prior to your party time. Deposits will be applied towards your party total. Your reservation may be cancelled and/or rescheduled at any time. 

Jax Jungle Play reserves the right to cancel any bookings.

While we will always try and accommodate when possible, all of our packages are set at minimum guest counts due to size of food orders and staffing ratios. You are welcome to include any number of guests, for example, you have 4 children attend our Monkeying Around package; we will still charge a minimum of 6 children. 12 slices of pizza and juice boxes are included in this package regardless of party size.

All our party packages are still open to the public meaning guests may still come for drop in play unless otherwise specified. We offer exclusive, private facility rentals if you would like to guarantee only your group is in the facility during your event. Each package will specify whether they are private/exclusive or public.
